Welcome to the FAQ section for the NCMEC Store! Below you’ll find answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about our products, shipping, and returns.
Where is my product made?
All of the products sold at the NCMEC Store are print-on-demand and are made within the United States, using materials sourced from all over the world. Whenever possible, we prioritize products that are sourced and produced domestically.
Shipping
- Processing Time: Most items ship within three business days of your order.
- Multiple Items: If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different vendors. This means additional shipping fees may apply.
- Future Improvements: We are actively working with providers to streamline this process in 2025 to enhance your experience.
Returns
Because our store operates on a print-on-demand model, all items are custom-made specifically for you. This means:
- Returns & Exchanges: Unfortunately, we cannot support returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or change your mind.
However, we stand by the quality of our products! If you receive a damaged item or encounter a manufacturing error, we are happy to:
- Offer a free reprint or
- Provide a refund if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.
